We thought we'll hit up the merina/promenade. We walked in the direction of the sea and saw the water line in 5 min but could not figure out how to get to the shore. There were warehouses and we wasted some 10 minutes walking along a busy road. We turned back. Saw bus 506 which goes to the bus terminal and got in. We monitored the blue dot on the phone and got down at the right stop. Crossed over and were at the bus terminal by 6.15. Our bus was only at 7 and they did not let us board the 2 earlier buses.
Anyway it had been a great day.
We reached the bus terminal... this was not the one where we boarded the bus. But it was also near a metro station and we got back to our hotel safe and sound
